Duties:
- Opening/closing procedures, scheduling, monitoring flow
- Assign tasks, support staff, maintain morale under pressure
- Direct guest service, issue resolution, maintaining service quality
- Cash handling, inventory checks, bookings, basic reporting
- Ensuring cleanliness, health/hygiene standards, safety protocols
- Coordination with kitchens, bar staff, security or other departments
What skills are needed:
- Prior experience in hospitality/restaurant shifts or management
- Knowledge of inventory systems, POS, cash handling
- Familiarity with scheduling software and staff rostering tools
